We teach kids and teenagers to love exercise. Through fun combinations of lifting, jumping, functional fitness, our coaches help kids and teens lay the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits.

Bespoke

We offer fun, engaging 1-2-1 coaching sessions for kids aged 6-12 and teens aged 12+. Each session is personalised to the individual, focusing on their specific needs and goals.

Our experienced and patient coaches help younger children develop movement, coordination, and confidence in a safe, playful environment, while guiding teens through more technical movements to build strength and improve fitness.
