What we offer

Coaching

All members must first complete a series of 1-2-1 coaching sessions to ensure their technique is correct and they are well-prepared for the semi-private coaching environment.

Semi-Private Coaching

Train with a personalised plan in a small group of up to 3 people. Our coach provides individual guidance, corrects form, and offers tips while moving between members. You’ll get the benefits of personal training with the added motivation and energy of a small group environment.

Open Gym

When you sign up with us, you don’t need a separate gym membership. Members can train independently in a familiar and fully equipped studio, following the personalised plan written by their coach. You will have the opportunity to ask a coach for help or guidance if needed, ensuring you stay on track with your goals.

Kids / Teens who lift

Our 1-2-1 coaching for ages 6-18 is personalised to each child or teen. With an experienced coach, sessions focus on building strength, confidence, and healthy habits in a safe, supportive environment.
