These sessions offer a gentle, supportive, and highly personalised approach to strength training, focusing on rebuilding confidence, strength, and movement at your own pace. Babies are welcome to join along. Available as 1 to 1, 2 to 1, with small group classes coming soon.

Mums Who Lift is designed to support you safely as you return to exercise after pregnancy. Sessions focus on postnatal recovery, pelvic floor function, deep core strength, posture, and rebuilding full-body strength at a pace that respects your body’s healing process. Every session is personalised, supportive, and adapted to your stage of recovery. Please note: you’ll need clearance from your midwife or GP (usually at your 6-week postnatal check) before returning to exercise.

Focused programming that prioritises pelvic floor health, deep core reconnection, and gradual strength rebuilding in a safe, progressive way.

Targeted exercises to support abdominal healing, improve posture, and restore stability for everyday movements like lifting, carrying, and bending.

Sessions are adapted to your stage of recovery, energy levels, and confidence – whether you’re 6 weeks or several months postpartum.

Train alongside other mums who understand the season you’re in. Babies are welcome, and coaching is always patient, understanding, and encouraging.
