We are here to help you feel stronger, move better, and build confidence, and to do that, we need to track more than just the number on a scale.
Why We Track Progress the Way We Do?
Here is what we do:
✅ Body Composition Scans – These go beyond total body weight. Our scale gives us insights into your body fat, muscle mass, and hydration levels, so we can see how your body is responding to training and nutrition.
✅ Tape Measurements – For men, we measure chest and waist. For women, we measure waist and hips. These measurements often show progress that the scale doesn’t, especially when you are building muscle and losing fat at the same time.
✅ Monthly check ins – We repeat these measurements at the start of each month. It’s a quick, consistent way to monitor your progress and catch early wins (or spot challenges) before they become roadblocks.
✅ Goal Reviews Every 3 Months – Every quarter, we sit down together to revisit your goals. Are we on the right track? Have your priorities shifted? These reviews help us recalibrate and make sure your programme still aligns with what you want most.
But What If I Don’t Like Being Measured?
We hear you, and we get it. Being weighed or measured can feel uncomfortable. That’s why we do it with zero judgment and total respect for your boundaries.
Prefer to do it with your main coach? No problem. Just let us know, we are here to support you however you need.
But we encourage you to take part, because knowing where you are at helps us guide you forward. We are not here to pick apart numbers. We are here to celebrate your wins and fine-tune your training and nutrition when things feel off track.
It’s Not About Perfection. It’s About Patterns.
The goal isn’t to chase a perfect number. It’s to identify patterns and progress. If you are gaining strength, maintaining muscle, or losing centimetres, even if the scale doesn’t change, that’s real success.
And if something is not quite clicking? We will know early and adjust your plan accordingly. Maybe you need more protein. Maybe you are under-recovering. Maybe stress is affecting your results. Whatever it is, we will figure it out, together.
