At the Warriors’ Fitness Studio, we don’t just throw a generic workout at you and hope for the best. We take the time to build a plan that actually works for you, your life, and your goals.
Here is how we do it:
STEP 1- We Build You a Solid Exercise Routine
It all starts with a routine that fits your lifestyle.
We will create a training plan based on how many days a week you can realistically commit to (we recommend a minimum of twice per week). From there, we will add in active rest days, things you enjoy and can stick to, like walking, cycling, or swimming.
The foundation is always strength training. That’s where the biggest changes happen in body composition, fitness, and long-term health. We will make sure your technique is spot-on so you stay safe, injury-free, and confident in every session.
STEP 2 – We Introduce Nutrition at the Right Time
After about 5 weeks of consistent training, when you are settled into your routine, we layer in the nutrition side.
We are lucky to have Laura, our in-house Registered Dietitian (BSc Dietetics and Nutrition). She spends time getting to know you, your routine, your family life, what works and what doesn’t.
She will make sure you are not only fuelling your training but also getting the vitamins and minerals your body needs. From there, she will create a tailored nutrition plan, including recipes that work for you and your family. She may also suggest simple supplements, like vitamin C or D, if they will support your progress.
STEP 3 – We Track and Adjust Every Step of the Way
At the 3-month mark, we sit down with you to review your progress. We will check your measurements, see how you are feeling, and talk about what’s working well and what could be improved.
This isn’t a “cookie-cutter” programme. We never hand out boring, standardised plans. Instead, we change things up every 4-6 weeks to keep your workouts fresh, fun, and challenging in the right way.
