Founders’ Story

Warriors Fitness began in 2020 as a passion project, created to support people who felt new, unsure, or out of place in traditional gym environments. The goal was simple: teach the fundamentals of strength training while building the confidence to train with purpose. What started as a coaching programme quickly became something more. Clients began training together, encouraging one another, and forming genuine connections both inside and outside the gym. It became clear this wasn’t just about lifting weights-it was about people growing stronger together.

I started calling each client a Warrior. To me, a Warrior is someone who shows up consistently, pushes through life’s daily challenges, and builds strength, discipline, and resilience over time. Training became a vehicle for personal growth-supported by better habits, nutrition, and lifestyle changes.

In November 2023, Warriors Fitness found its first home on Chingford Road. I ran the studio solo until Coach Mika joined me, and together we grew the community to the point where the space could no longer contain it. By December 2025, we opened a much larger studio on Billet Road, allowing us to welcome more Warriors and expand what we offer: coaching, classes, workshops, and monthly community events. Warriors Fitness is more than a gym. It’s a community built on coaching, connection, and long-term growth.

Our training uses high-quality strength and conditioning equipment including free weights, leg press, leg extension and curl machines, cable and lat pull-down stations, sleds, and cardio tools such as air bikes, SkiErgs, treadmills, and rowing machines.

Strength Equipment – Designed for progression. You don’t need to be advanced to start; we have weights and equipment suitable for all abilities, supported by coaching.

Functional & Cardio Equipment – Including turf for sled work, battle rope and cardio machines. Everything you need to challenge yourself and keep training varied.

Our coaching-led studio offers a focused, private training environment equipped for strength and conditioning, not overcrowded gym floors. With structured sessions, expert coaching, and a strong community, we provide a supportive space designed for long-term progress.

Spacious Training Zones – Space, plenty of room to train comfortably without waiting or moving equipment, plus a dedicated stretch area to cool down and reset before getting on with your day.

Member Perks – Community room, a relaxed space to enjoy a coffee, read a book, or unwind if you arrive early, reinforcing the welcoming, community-focused feel of the gym.
